A huddle is a time to encourage the team members, communicate the vision, evaluate the progress, and look to the future. It is important to cast vision at each and every huddle. We DO NOT want our volunteers to lose sight of WHY they are doing what they do. Keep them full of the vision and motivated to serve!
H – Honor God by spending time in the Word and prayer.
U – Unify by sharing personal, spiritual, and ministry needs.
D – Dream by casting vision and communicating the big picture
D – Dialogue about best practices, struggles, and opportunities.
L – Laugh together by creating a fun environment
E – Equip your team by sharing resources and ministry tools
