I hope that you have enjoyed learning about pastoral care this month. My prayer is that you didn't just learn about it, but you actually took some bold steps toward experiencing it - practicing it - imparting it...
As a leader you have a high calling. You are a shepherd of the people on your ministry team. This final leadership lesson in this series is meant to encourage you to take proactive steps at shepherding your people. God has entrusted you with a specific group of people. Leadership is a high calling. Shepherding is the highest calling imaginable - it is laying down your life on behalf of your people. Shepherd your people!

I love these short podcast. The best bible study leader I ever had was not that much different than most of the other bible study leaders I ever had. BUT, I got a call from him once every 10 days... and he would ask this exact question mentioned in this sermon and the 10 guys in the study would agree that it made all of the difference in the world. So have I done it... no... but you should ha ha ha. (But I will)
