As a leader you are responsible for the vision of your ministry. The Bible says that without vision the people perish. In other words, NO Vision = DEATH!
Without a vision something will die. Think about it. When does a person get burned out in ministry? When they find themselves just punching a time clock or simply going through the motions. The truth is that they aren't tired of the ministry - they are tired of doing a bunch of stuff without a clear grasp on where they are headed. Vision is essential.
What's the vision for your ministry? Your objective, this month, is to discover and define your vision.
