Leadership Lesson: Ask Why

Let's face it, we're all busy. The last thing we need is one more thing on our schedule - even a good thing, like your ministry event.

You are a leader. That means you're creative. You can make something happen. You can plan events until you're blue in the face, but we don't need more and more stuff in our schedule. Our ministries need to help people take a step in their spiritual walk. It needs to be done on purpose. Do all you can to ensure that everything you lead has a specific purpose. Ask yourself, 'why?'
